Same code as [0.6.1] but with a bloated VSIX (6.4 MB) that inadvertently included a local .cocoindex_code/ indexing database. Auto-published by the GitHub Actions release workflow before the .vscodeignore fix landed. Install [0.6.1] instead; it ships the identical code in a clean 679 KB VSIX.
